A well-lit workplace improves concentration, effectiveness, and performance

However, implementing this optimally is not straightforward. The Dutch NEN standard for lighting states that every workplace inside must achieve a minimum light level (500 lux). In addition, proper contrast between the environment and screen (UGR value: < 19) is required.

Employees must not be dazzled. In addition, energy-efficient lighting is recommended. This not only reduces your energy costs, but also prevents troublesome heat generation.

Various studies have shown that employees prefer dynamic lighting solutions that they can adjust as desired.
The LED Office Lighting from Bever Innovations responds optimally to this desire.

The most important benefits of the LED Office Lighting:

Tailor-made lighting plan
Because every company and every space has different lighting requirements, we can prepare a tailor-made lighting plan for you. This not only takes account of how the space is used and the daylight entry, but also the existing lighting points. This ensures that the necessary modifications to your infrastructure are kept to a minimum.

Optimal lighting for every workspace
The Minthe LED ceiling panels are a component of the Bever Innovations Office Lighting. These can be installed easily in the system ceiling grid. The lighting values of the individual ceiling panels can be adjusted easily, which ensures optimal lighting for every workspace. An advanced driver technology prevents annoying photometric flickering.

Unique features of the LED Office Lighting:

Minimum number of panels per space
The LED ceiling panels from Bever Innovations are supplied with dimensions of 60 x 60 cm or 30 x 120 cm as standard. Special (German) sizes are also available on request. Because each LED ceiling panel has a high light output, of no less than 7,250 lumen, a limited number of panels is required for each space. With a lifespan of > 100,000 operating hours (and a 5-year no-nonsense warranty), you can enjoy many years of trouble-free operation from your office lighting.

Easy (remote) maintenance
All Minthe LED ceiling panels can be fitted with the intelligent Smart technology from Bever Innovations if desired. This in-house development from Bever Innovations consists of elements including a control PCB and a specially-developed internal antenna, which is built into the luminaires smartly and invisibly. After installation, the panels automatically form a stand-alone network, which can be easily accessed and managed via the EOS Manager app on your smartphone or tablet – either individually or in zones.

While the LED ceiling panels do not have their own movement or daylight sensors, they can make use of the sensor data from other LED products, thanks to the Smart network. In addition, separate, advanced daylight and movement sensors can be linked to the luminaires. This keeps energy consumption in the space to a minimum. These advanced sensors also avoid the need for employees to regularly “wave” at the movement sensors to activate the lighting.

In addition to the Minthe LED ceiling panels, Bever Innovations also supplies separate LED recessed luminaires, for use in spaces such as hallway zones. These can be used to replace old compact fluorescent lamps, for example. We also supply special recessed LED spotlights for toilet spaces, including sensors. These luminaires also guarantee optimal light values, a lifespan of > 100,000 operating hours, and easy setup and management.

Production in the Netherlands
The production of all Bever Innovations LED luminaires takes place in two social workshops in the province of Zeeland. Here we have created a stimulating environment for people with physical or mental disabilities, as well as greater employment opportunities for people experiencing barriers in the labour market. By maintaining all production in the Netherlands, we also maintain maximum control of our production, and can guarantee short delivery times and high quality.
